Product Introduction

    TB-DS series is a machine that can be fed by double sheets or single sheet, with the function of top card pasting and bottom card pasting. This device can feed single or double sheets, after pre-creasing, top card pasting, top folding, side gluing, bag tube forming, hole punching, bottom card placement, and bottom gluing, finally output the finished bags.

    • The top folding structure, folding the edge at the bag mouth adopt the lower roller with suction device, the paper is fixed by the lower suction before folded, the running paper will not be shifted and misplaced, provides a perfect and efficient production solution for running coated art paper, kraft paper and other low-gram weight paper.

    • The inserting type side gluing for tube forming part can form the bag into a tube neatly and in place after top card pasted and folded with mechanical differential structure, the socket can be fine-tuned during the running process without stopping.

    • KORO paper bag machine's double-station bottom card pasting structure, is the world's unique double-station bottom card release structure, the suction and release card and positioned card can be synchronized, the bag intothe station by the lower suction air adsorption, open and put the bottom card, both sides of the cylinder to the bottom of the bag back to the original state, four action in one go,and then into the next process.
