The World's First Linear Structure of Top And Bottom Reinforced Card Pasting

HB series is a fully automatic paper bag machine with twisted rope handle and bottom card placement function, used to produce paper bags with or without handles. This machine can make twisted rope handle inline and automatic reinforced paper patch.

Working Procedure

Handle Making Unit

Handle winding way, make the rope Handle slitting inline
Handle patch cut off, servo motor drive and sensor detect to make sure the precision. Handle patch delivery, sensor positioning to ensure the pasting accuracy onto the bag.

Step 1: Non-stop feeder

Pre-packed paper feeder to realize nonstop speed paper feeding, greatly save the time to load and adjust raw paper.

Step 5: Auto Creasing Unit

All the sheet feeding to this machine not need die-cutting in advance. The machine equipped with auto creasing unit.
Equipped with digital number to display to creasing wheel position, easy to adjust and operate

Step 6: Gusset Folding Unit

Adopts copper blade M shape folding gusset making system and special for big bottom size

Step7: Tube side pasting

The pasting side could choose bag surface side (big side) or gusset side (small side). Which could fulfill different kinds of customer bag orders.

Step11: Double station bottom card pasting structure

KORO paper bag machine's double-station bottom card pasting structure, is the world's unique double-station bottom card release structure, the suction and release card and positioned card can be synchronized, the bag intothe station by the lower suction air adsorption, open and put the bottom card, both sides of the cylinder to the bottom of the bag back to the original state, four action in one go, and then into the next process.
